What a spectacular cloth! It doesn't get better than this fine example of a Christmas tablecloth with unique and splendidly executed fringe detail. Cute little Marty Links Christmas potholder - Design Collection Hallmark Cards, Inc. with original tag still attached. In good vintage condition. Measures 6 1/2" square and has hanging loop.
Marty Links was the comic artist of the teenage comic 'Bobby Sox', which started in 1944. It ran in various newspapers until 1979. Marty Links got the inspiration for her strip in her own family life, where she raised a daughter who modelled for her character Emmy Lou.
